dc.description.abstract	Má závěrečná bakalářská práce na téma Problematika nástupu laktace, shrnuje poznatky zjištěné výzkumem. Je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části popisuji anatomii a fyziologii mléčné žlázy, kojení a potíže vzniklé s kojením. V praktické části provádím výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Mým cílem bylo porovnat počet plně kojených dětí mateřským mlékem při odchodu z porodnice a v 6. měsících života a zaměřit se na obtíže související s kojením. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu a hypotézy s cílem využít získané poznatky v praxi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My closing bacherol work on the topic "Problems with the Onset of Lactation" summarizes the knowledge ascertained as a result of research. It consist of two parts. In a theoretical part I am describing anatomy and physiology of mammary gland, breast-feeding and problems by breast-feeding. In a practical part I am researching how to help with this problem by the question form. The aim was to compare amount of fully breastfed infants by human milk in leaving from maternity hospital and in six months of life. I also focused on difficulties with the suck. Finally, the work evaluates the results of the research and puts forward hypotheses, how to use the obtained in praktice.	en
