Tato diplomová práce pojednává o ukládání sankcí v přestupkovém řízení. Úvodní část je zaměřena na definici základních pojmů jako přestupek, jeho materiální a formální znaky a okolnosti vylučující protiprávnost. Dále jsou popsány sankce, které lze za přestupky uložit a jejich zvláštnostmi v případě mladistvých pachatelů. Následně jsou okrajově rozebrány nejdůležitější instituty přestupkového řízení. Praktická část je věnována přestupkům pro-jednávaným městským úřadem v Uherském Hradišti. Zahrnuje aplikační praxi, dopad sankcí na přestupce a nakonec vymahatelnost uložených sankcí. |

This diploma thesis deals with the imposing of sanctions according to the transgression proceedings. The introduction aims to define the basic terms such as a transgression, its material and formal features and circumstances excluding its irregularity. The next part discusses sanctions which can be imposed due to a transgress and there are considered their specialities in case of young offenders as well. The most important institutes of the trans-gression proceedings are mentioned in the following section. The practical part of the thesis states the transgressions handled by the municipal office in the town called Uherské Hradiště by means of the application practice. The impact of the sanction on offender and the enforcement of imposed sanctions can be found at the end of the thesis. |
