Předmětem bakalářské práce "Postavení ženy v politice" je problematika genderové stereotypizace a genderové asymetrie v zastoupení žen v politickém procesu České republiky. Teoretická část se zabývá se genderovými rolemi, genderovými stereotypy, vývojem politické participace českých žen v rozhodovacím procesu a legislativou pomáhající rov-noprávnému postavení žen. Analyzuje příčinu nízkého počtu žen v politice, institucionální, individuální a společenské bariéry, možnost aplikace kvót. Praktická část je věnována průzkumu osobních zkušeností oslovených političek s důrazem na důvod vstupu do politiky, nízký počet žen v politice, kvóty, genderové stereotypy a mužské jednání. |

The bachelor thesis "Woman's Status in Politics'q deals with a problem of gender stereotyping and a gender asymmetry of women's participation in the political process of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes gender roles, gender stereotypes, the development of political participation of Czech women in decision - making process and the help support legislation for equal women's position.
