Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza systému řízení jakosti dle normy ISO 9001:2000 ve spo-lečnosti BRAMO CZ s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. V první teoretické části je zpracována na základě literatury a jiných dostupných zdrojů literární rešerše, která nabízí teoretická východiska pro zpracování druhé, praktické časti, ve které je následně zpracováno fungování systému jakosti dané společnosti. |
