Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vztah motivačního programu a jeho vliv na výkonnost společnosti KCHS a.s Teoretická část přináší základní pojmy a všeobecné informace z oblasti motivace, hodnocení zaměstnanců a jejich odměňování. Snaží se poukázat na některé stimulační a benefiční prostředky, které by firma mohla využívat při motivaci zaměstnanců. V analytické část obsahuje všeobecné informace o motivaci zaměstnanců ve společnosti KCHS a.s V rámci projektové části je proveden průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců na jehož základě jsou vytvořeny doporučení a návody pro optimalizaci motivačního programu společnosti. |

This master thesis investigates the relation of motivation plan and its impact on efficiency in the copany KCHS a.s The theoretical part presents up the basic terms and general information in employees motivation, employee appraisal and remuneration. This part focuses on several stimulation and beneficial resources that the company could utilize to motivate the employees. The analytical part includes general information about employee motivation in the company KCHS a.s In the project part is state the analysis of the employees satisfaction questionnaire survey, which was made. In terms of analysis there are included recommendation and instructions for considerable increase of employees' productivity in this copany. |
