dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem majetkové delikvence mladistvých. První část je pojata jako teoretický vhled do dané problematiky, kde autor ve dvou kapitolách popisuje zmíněnou oblast z pohledu fenomenologie. Stěžejními tématy jsou zde specifické znaky páchání trestné činnosti mladistvými, oblast etiologie a sankční politiky vůči mladistvým. Praktická část se v dalších dvou kapitolách zabývá výzkumem zkušeností mladistvých s majetkovou delikvencí. Přítomnost některých všeobecných znaků delikvence mladistvých je zde zkoumána na žácích středních škol formou self reportu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with assessment delinquency of youthful. The forepart is distributive as theoretic aspect to faith problems, where author describes mentioned sphere out of phenomenology spectacle in two chapters. There are pivotal themes specific signs of juvenile crime commission, etiology sphere and sanction politics against youthful here. Empirical part deals with research of juvenile experience with assessment delinquency in other two chapters. There is surveyed existence some general signs of juvenile delinquency on the middle school pupils in self report form here.	en
