Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zabývat se netradičními druhy ovoce v podmínkách ČR. Kon-krétně byly vybrány kdouloně, rakytník, mišpule a oskeruše. Kromě obecné charakteristiky je podrobně popsáno chemické složení daných druhů. Netradiční ovocné druhy jsou per-spektivními nutričními zdroji a nacházejí stále větší uplatnění v potravinářském průmyslu. |

Goal of this bachelor's thesis was to be concerned with untraditional kinds of fruit in the Czech Republic. Specifically Quince, Sea buckthorn, Medlar and Sorbus Domestica were chosen. Apart from general characteristics, chemical constitution of these kinds of fruit was described thoroughly. Untraditional kinds of fruit are a prospective nutritional source and they are gradually more frequently used in food industry. |
